Hammerseed built a mobile friendly site that connects to the Carolinas Multiple Listing Service and shows all the properties that are available in the area. The site was built so that Kathy and her team could easily create content and manage information on the site themselves. They created blog content, community information and partners information and other things that would gain visibility in local search queries. Several lead generation programs were put into place to drive email registrations for ongoing marketing programs.
RESULTS
Kathy and team were able to realize the value in having an easily searchable MLS enabled web site. They had a WordPress back-end system that allowed for easy lead capture and CMS capablities.
